Face: Add ONE drop of essential oil to your Unique cream before applying it to your face.
Body: Mix it with a vegetable-based oil and apply it to the area with a relaxing massage.

You can put a few drops in a diffuser or mix it with water and create an air freshener spray. If you feel like it, you can also enjoy its properties by applying a few drops to your wrists and the back of your neck and relax for a few minutes. Keep calm!
