You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To proceed with your return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and writing to us at: email@example.com. To complete your return, your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We only accept returns if the product received arrives in poor condition (defective or damaged). If the product is open or in use, we do not accept returns. If the product received is not the correct one, let us know as soon as possible and we will solve it.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or selected payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is entered.
CHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged or the product received is not correct. If you wish to exchange your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of everything.
To return your product, write to us with the reason for the return and your personal data at email@example.com, we will send someone to collect the shipment so you don't have to worry about a thing. Remember that it has to be properly packaged.
