Shipping policy


Shipments will be made to:

  • Peninsular Spain
  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands
  • Ceuta and melilla
  • Any country of the European Community

The shipment will be made by the express courier companies Koiki and Seur. Both the shipping price and the delivery time will depend on the shipping area, and will be shown to you before finalizing the purchase. Shipping will be free for orders over €60 in Spain.


Standard shipping is 48 hours in Spain and 2 to 4 days in the rest of Europe. Standard shipping within national territory is free for purchases over €60.

The average shipping price in Spain is €4.80, and in the rest of Europe (from €15 to €40 depending on the country of destination).

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any time preference for delivery, you can tell us in the order comment and we will try to comply (to the extent possible with the route and schedule of the delivery company). transportation).

The delivery time is shown during the purchase process, and implies acceptance of it by you. If a specific date is not indicated, the LGDCU will be followed, which indicates that the maximum delivery period will be 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.

In case of non-compliance with delivery deadlines, you must indicate an additional period appropriate to the circumstances that caused the initial delay. In the event that we cannot deliver the good within said additional period, you can terminate the contract.

The previous paragraph will not apply if the delivery time is essential in view of all the circumstances that occur in the conclusion of the contract or when you have informed us, before the purchase, that delivery before a certain date is essential. or on a certain date. In such cases, you can terminate the contract immediately.

In any case, if the contract is terminated, the amounts paid will be fully refunded.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, a stock out may occur (lack of stock). Our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

IMPORTANT: In general, we are not responsible for the breach or delay of obligations that are due to causes beyond our control, such as in case of force majeure (confinement due to a state of alarm, for example), natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc. . If any incident arises, we will contact you to solve the incident.

Prices, taxes, fees and tariffs

Prices are expressed in Euros. Unique is not obliged to supply products (even if the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by the customer as an incorrect price.
The prices of Unique products may vary, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

The following taxes will apply to the articles on our website:

  • The PVP of the articles with shipping address to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands includes VAT in any case.
  • The PVP of items with shipping address to other EU countries, and being the buyer a natural person (individual) includes the VAT of the country of origin.
  • The PVP of items with shipping address to other EU countries, and being the buyer a company or professional, does NOT include VAT as long as it is registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (in which case they will have to provide us with the Code valid Tax ID). In case of not being registered as O.I., the PVP will include the VAT corresponding to the country of origin.
  • The PVP of items with a shipping address to the Canary Islands or Ceuta and Melilla and, in general, any country that is not from the EU, does NOT include VAT, since the operation is treated as an export. The price indicated in each article is the final price of the same for shipments to these destinations. Unique will not be responsible for the DUA or import expenses and taxes (ISPI, IGIC), fees or tariffs that are generated at the destination customs, if applicable.

Deregistration of accounts and service, cancellation and blocking

User accounts are not deleted for lack of use. The User can unsubscribe by requesting it from the "Unique" staff, by sending an email to or through their account profile.

In case of non-payment of an order, it may be temporarily suspended until the non-payment situation has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days have elapsed, "Unique" may proceed to cancel the order.
"Unique" reserves the right to block access to the User account without prior notice (or directly delete the User account), if it uses it in an illegal way or fails to comply with the obligations and regulations established herein, a fact that will be communicated through email. The blocking or deletion of the User account will not have any effect on the obligation to pay for the products purchased, if applicable.

In exceptional cases, under the free discretion of the "Unique" administrators, and evaluating the seriousness of the event, the administrators may choose to warn the offending User, before permanently deleting or blocking their account.

By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this site reserve the right, being able to act at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or to delete data provided, either from temporarily or permanently.


You can return items up to 30 days after purchase. To proceed with your return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging and writing to us at: To complete your return, your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
We only accept returns if the product received arrives in poor condition (defective or damaged). If the product is open or in use, we do not accept returns. If the product received is not the correct one, let us know as soon as possible and we will solve it.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or selected payment method. There is often some processing time before a refund is entered.
